PRICES :

• Prices quoted on the web site are wholesale prices.
  
  
  
• The prices, terms and conditions listed here supersede all previous lists and information.

TERMS :

• A minimum opening order of $500.00 is required.
  
  
  
• Backorders less than $50.00 will be cancelled unless otherwise specified by the customer(s).
  
  
• To expedite the shipments of your orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
  
  

FREIGHT :

• We will ship your orders the most economical, safest and fastest way unless specific instructions are given on routing.
  
  
• UPS shipments are freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Please note that UPS has limitations as to the size and weight of the shipments.
  
  
• Common carrier shipments are forwarded freight collect. Note that there are minimum freight requirements for economical motor truck shipments.

CLAIMS :

• All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Any unauthorized returns or returns on closeout items will be subject to a 25% for handling and restocking.
  
  
• Wholesale-express.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. The common carrier assumes all responsibilities for the safe delivery of the goods when they picked up the merchandise at our facility. Except for UPS, you must file all claims directly with the common carrier within 5 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. Indicate on the Receipt or Bill of Lading if you have received boxes; please retain the original boxes for inspection purposes by the carrier representative. All claims must be reported to Wholesale-express.com within 10 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
  
  
• For UPS shipments, please notify us within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise and we will initiate the claim.
