How long it takes to process and ship the order?
- Most of the items are always in stock and we ship directly from the warehouse.
If you order before 10.00 am. (Pacific time), we will ship out the same day or normally will be shipped
within 24 hours.
- The shipping period depends on where are you located but it approximately 3-5 business days.
- If you need special shipping, please do not forget to write the note at special instruction at check out
4. How can I return or refund?
It allows 20 business days for you to check your product in order to return or get the refund.
Finally, we charge 25% for restocking fee. So please make sure that you order what you really want.
5. If I really want to place the large quantity order and ask for a special deal, can you help me?
Yes, sometimes we have liquidation items (there are good quality but we always comes up with new design).
